瓊 ・ 米斯佇比利時的天主教魯汶大學學習數學，伊佇一九五三年得著學的認證。從此時到一九九三年退休，伊是布魯窒爾機場的氣象學家。

伊感興趣的領域是數學佮球面天文學佇一九八六年，伊贏著太平洋天文學會的業餘成就獎。
