'''埃勒斯-做洛斯症的時陣'''（英語：Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome，縮寫為 EDS）， 閣稱'''皮膚彈力過度症'''（英語：Cutis hyperelastica）、'''鬆皮症'''、'''先天性結締組織異常症候群'''，是一種遺傳疾病，因為膠原卵白（第一型抑第三型）生成的缺陷，造成結締組織異常來產生。特徵為身軀頂的部份肌肉佮關節組織沓沓仔變甲誠軟𩚨、𩚨嗲嗲，了後漸漸鹿楝。

本症頭先由丹麥醫生愛德華 ・ 埃勒斯佮法國醫師亨利-亞歷山大 ・ 當洛斯伊佇二十世紀初所確認，因此猶閣號名。

==症頭分類==

一九九七年進前的舊分類法（Berlin 分型）將埃勒斯-做洛二氏症候群分做十種類型（I 型甲 X 型）。 一九九七年，研究人員佇這个基礎頂懸提出一種較簡單的分類方式（Villefranche 分型）， 將伊的主要類型分做六種，即：關節過度活動型（Hypermobility type，EDS III 型）、 經典型（Classical type，EDS I / II 型）、 血管型（Vascular type，EDS IV 型）、 龍柱邊後凸型（Kyphoscoliosis type，EDS VI 型）、 關節鹿楝型（Arthrochalasia type，EDS VIIA / VIIB 型）佮皮膚脆裂型（Dermatosparaxis type，EDS VIIC 型）。

二空一七年的國際 Ehlers-Danlos 症候群協會新修訂的 EDS 分類是欲分做十三種亞型，包括講：

一 . 經典型 EDS（Classical EDS）
二 . 經典樣 EDS（Classical-like EDS）
三 . 心臟-瓣膜型 EDS（Cardiac-valvular EDS）
四 . 血管型 EDS（Vascular EDS）
五 . 關節過度活動型 EDS（Hypermobile EDS）
六 . 關節鹿楝型 EDS（Arthrochalasia EDS）
七 . 皮膚脆裂型 EDS（Dermatosparaxis EDS）
八 . 龍柱邊後凸型 EDS（Kyphoscoliotic EDS）
九 . 脆性角膜症候群（Brittle Cornea syndrome）
十 . 龍骨變異型 EDS（Spondylodysplastic EDS）
十一 . 筋肉筋縮型 EDS（Musculocontractural EDS）
十二 . 肌病型 EDS（Myopathic EDS）
