'''林德爾 ・ 福恩斯 ・ 尤偉克'''（英語：Lyndall Fownes Urwick ( MC )，一八九一年三月初三—一九八三年十二月初五）是英國管理顧問佮商業思想家。伊因為將亨利 ・ 法約爾（Henri Fayol）等早期理論家的思想融入到綜合管理論當中受著認可。一九三七年，捌和路德 ・ 海爾希 ・ 古立克（Luther Halsey Gulick）佇咧《管理科學論文集》（_ Papers on the Science of Administration _）著提出所謂的 POSDCORB 行政理論，並且佇一九五六年共同創辦《行政科學季刊》（_ Administrative Science Quarterly _）。
