興趣奶桿菌
興趣奶桿菌（學名：_ Lactobacillus acidophilus _）閣稱A 菌，是奶桿菌屬的一種。A 菌適合生存佇酸性、三十 °C（八十六 °F）的環境內底，存在人類、動物的胃腸佮喙空，佮大部份的奶酸菌仝款會當共奶糖轉變做奶酸。其相關的菌種猶會當產生乙醇、二氧化碳、乙酸。A 菌無法度佇溫度佮溼度傷懸、日頭光直射的環境生存。會當佇相對較低 pH 值（pH 五曉空以下）穩定生長，最佳生長溫度差不多三十七 °C。部份的興趣奶桿菌種帶有益生菌的特質。遮的菌種佇商業上因此用佇濟種奶製品內底，有當時仔閣會佮興趣球菌（_ Streptococcus thermophilus _）佮保加利亞種德氏奶桿菌（_ Lactobacillus delbrueckii _ subsp . _ bulgaricus _）配搭用佇製作興趣型的優酪奶飲品。
