二空空四年亞洲誠協盃（兩千空四 AFC Cup）是亞洲跤球聯盟舉辦的第一屆亞洲足協盃，參賽成員是亞洲各國「開發中國家」聯賽球會。

B 組
Al-Wahda ( San'a') withdrew after not obtaining financial support from Yemen's Ministry of Sports and Youth for their trip to Damascus where they were to play their first match away at 艾瓦達；they were ejected from the competition and banned from the next edition of the AFC Cup for which they qualify .
