法蘭西斯·F·陳
法蘭西斯 ・ F ・ 陳（英語：Francis F . Chen，一九二九年十一月十八—）， 美國的華裔科學家，電漿體物理學家。
生平
一九二九年生佇中國廣州，美國加州大學洛杉磯分校電子工程系退休教授，該校低溫電漿體技術實驗室成員。
