GNU Libtool是一種屬於 GNU 建構系統的 GNU 程式設計工具，用來產生會當紮式的函式庫。遮參照 libtool 手冊的說明：

通常 libtool 是佮 GNU 建構系統當中的 autoconf 和 automake 這兩个工具做伙使用。
