路德·海爾希·古立克(社會科學家)

路德 ・ 海爾希 ・ 古立克（英語：Luther Halsey Gulick，一八九二年一月十七—一九九三年一月十號）是美國政治學家，哥倫比亞大學伊頓市政科學佮行政學教授、公共行政研究所所長，予人呵咾做公共行政學專家。一九三七年，捌佮林德爾 ・ 福恩斯 ・ 尤偉克（Lyndall Fownes Urwick）佇咧《管理科學論文集》（_ Papers on the Science of Administration _）著提出所謂的 POSDCORB 行政理論，並且佇一九五六年共同創辦《行政科學季刊》（_ Administrative Science Quarterly _）。
