Α-烯醇化又閣

α-烯醇化又閣（英語：alpha-enolase）， 嘛叫做烯醇化又閣（enolase 一，ENO 一）是人類基因組中編碼的三種烯醇化（嘛叫做「磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸水合詭」，phosphopyruvate hydratase）之一，用仝亞基形成的卵白二聚體執行功能，存在選擇性剪接。
