傑西·亞歷山大·赫爾姆斯

傑西 ・ 亞歷山大 ・ 赫爾姆斯（英語：Jesse Alexander Helms，一九二一年十月十八號—二空空八年七月四號）是美國參議員。佇咧一九四二年至一九七空年間，伊捌是民主黨的黨員；佇一九七Ｏ年後，伊轉到共和黨當黨員。

二空空二年十月二十四號，中華民國總統陳水扁的代表陳建仁頒贈赫姆斯二等卿雲勳章。
