厭氧棒菌屬（學名：_ Anaerobaculum _）為互養菌目互養菌科的一屬厭氧革蘭氏陰性菌。直杆到微彎桿菌。分離佇油田液體內底。此屬的模式種做熱土厭氧棒菌 ( _ Anaerobaculum thermoterrenum _ )。

該屬的正名做醋微菌屬 _ Acetomicrobium _ Soutschek et al . 一千九百八十五 .
