埃迪特·施泰因

聖十字德蘭本篤篤（St . Teresa Benedicta of the Cross，一八九一年十月十二號—一九四二年八月初九）， 原名艾蒂特 ・ 史坦茵（Edith Stein)，德國猶太裔現象學哲學家、赤好加麼默羅隱修會修女。一九四二年佇奧斯威辛集中營被送入去毒氣室致命。一九九八年十月十一予人教宗若望 ・ 保祿二世冊封做聖人，瞻禮（紀念日）為八月初九。

生平

艾蒂特 ・ 史坦茵一八九一年出世佇德國伯萊斯勞的猶太人富商家庭。因為伊是厝內十一个囡仔內上幼齒的，而且佇咧希望伯來曆中上新聖的一工贖罪日出世，伊真佮意彼个母親佮意。伊親身囡仔佇咧伊細漢的時陣去，母親獨自支持家庭，並予伊完整的教育，將伊送到翕茨羅厝瓦夫大學學習哲學、心理學、歷史佮德文。

艾蒂特一九一三年前往哥廷根，成做胡塞爾的學生。一九一六年佇烏白窒爾的指導之下完成以「同理心」（Empathy）佮胡塞爾的現象學做題的論文，佇佛萊堡大學取得哲學博士學位，了成做胡塞爾的助教。伊尾仔捌四遍爭取大學的教席，但是因為是女性無得著窒著的支持。

一九二一年歇熱，伊閱讀聖德蘭 ・ 亞維拉的自傳後，足受著感動的，並且增加受洗為天主教徒。一九三三年，伊加入赤跤加爾默羅隱修會（聖衣會）， 成做修女。

納粹黨奪取德國政權了後開始迫害猶太人，尾仔伊佇一九四二年佇奧斯威辛集中營，佮同伴佇咧 gá-suh 室去予毒氣致死。

一九九八年十月十一號，伊予教宗若望 ・ 保祿二世冊封做聖人。
