烏酵母菌

暗金黃擔子菌（_ Aureobasidium pullulans _），閣名烏酵母菌、出芽短梗菇，是一種類似酵母的真菌，有真濟種生活環境。

暗金黃擔子菌的細胞壁堵的周邊會產生濟糖類的物質，當中上重要的是 β-葡聚（β-Glucan）。
