烏飛鼠屬（拉丁屬名：_Aeromys_；英語名：Large black flying squirrels）是一个是歸於膨鼠科、飛鼯鼠族（Pteromyini）落的一个屬，分佈佇東南亞地區。目前共有兩項物種：
- 烏飛鼠（學名：_ Aeromys tephromelas _、英語：Black Flying Squirrel）
- 湯瑪斯飛鼠（學名：_ Aeromys thomasi _、英語：Thomas's Flying Squirrel）
