《百科全書，抑是科學、藝術佮工藝詳解詞典》（法國的：Encyclopédie , ou dictionnaire raisonné des sciences , des arts et des métiers）， 通稱《百科全書》（Encyclopédie）， 是一七五一年至一七七二年間由一批法國啟蒙思想家編編的一部法語百科全書。把十七卷正編，十一捲圖編，此後其他的人有加補編，一七八空年再版的時計共有三十五卷。《百科全書》用啟蒙主義做目的，條目定定夾敘下議、議論時政，造成有當時仔智識的介紹予人議論喧賓奪主，對百科全書的角度來講並無法度算是一部理想的工具冊。

全書由法國的印刷業主布雷頓策劃，一七五一年起由狄德羅主編，一七五九年起由予 ・ 勒朗 ・ 達朗貝爾共同主編。參加編織的主要人員有孟德斯鴿、魁奈、杜爾哥、伏爾泰、盧梭、布豐等袂少法國啟蒙運動時期的出名人物。𪜶予人號做是百科全書派（Encyclopédiste）。

《 百科全書》是啟蒙時代思想的代表之作，雖然原計劃是翻譯一七二八年英國出版的《百科全書：或者是藝術佮科學通用字典》，伊煞成做是歷史上第一齣共科學、藝術的綜合性百科全書。正如主編狄德羅所述，《 百科全書》的目標是「改變人的思維方式」。 一七五一年頭一卷出版了後，就拄著政府佮教會的壓力，致使有幾卷不得不地下發行，上尾仔十卷甚至改用假封面佮倒添日期出版。
