小約翰 ・ 詹姆士 ・ 柯尼爾斯（英語：John James Conyers Jr .，一九二九年五月十六—二空一九年十月二七）， 美國民主黨政治人物，現為代表密西根州第十三國會選區的聯邦眾議員。伊自一九六五年起便一直是聯邦眾議員，為眾議院內底在任時間上長的議員，使伊成做眾議院院長。
柯尼爾斯的前妻莫妮卡 ・ 柯尼爾斯捌任底特律市議會臨時議長。兩人佇二空一五年離婚。
柯尼爾斯佇二空一七年十二月初五宣佈辭頭路，即日生效。
二空一九年十月二七，柯尼爾斯過身，享年九十歲。
