關懷佮定規

關懷佮定規（英語：Consideration and Initiating Structure）是一九四五年由俄亥俄州立大學領導力研究確定的領導者行為的兩種維度。根據遮的研究的結果，領導者表現出關懷佮定規（抑是講倡導、結構）兩種類型的行為來促進目標的實現。

領導行為咧描述量表（LBDQ）
𪜶生做一千七百九十種語句的清單，並且縮小到百五種的傳達，攏佇咧衡量領導者行為的九種無仝維度，遮的陳述予人用來制定領導行為描述量表（Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire，LBDQ）。 所以經過進一步的研究，開發出來矣 LBDQ-XII，評估領導者行為的十二種維度。
